Hey, I’m Holly, I love untangling messy problems and designing services that work for everyone.
I’m a lead service designer with a background across service design, UX and product. I’ve worked across government, financial services, health, telecoms, retail, technology and the third sector, in both the UK and Australia.
I love working on complicated problems with people, not around them. A lot of my work is about bringing different perspectives together, using co-design to make sense of complexity and helping teams find a shared direction.
I’m passionate about inclusion, creativity and creating the conditions for people to genuinely take part. I’m also a passionate immersive artist, which probably explains why I’m happiest when things are visual, hands-on and a bit playful.
